Is there a concierge/ Villa Manager?

Yes our villa manager, Sidhu will be on call 24/7 to make your stay comfortable and hassle free as much as possible.

Does the villa have wifi?

Yes the villa has fast wifi with speeds of up to 100 mb/s.

03.

Do you provide breakfast and if so, what's included?

No, we do not normally provide breakfast however we can provide a daily breakfast service on request. This will be charged at Rs 250 per person per day. Please let us know a minimum of 15 days in advance.

The breakfast will include:

  • A range of cereals
  • Milk, Teas and Coffee
  • Fresh cut fruit
  • Eggs (scrambled, fried, boiled or omelette)
  • Toast with Jam or butter

What is the cost per person after 10 people and what is the maximum occupancy.?

The villa has been designed for 10 people to stay in absolute luxury. While some guests do require an extra bed. An extra king-sized bed can be arranged in one of the larger rooms. For this service, we charge a discounted rate of Rs 2500 per person per night in the off-season (June-August) while it is Rs 3500 per person per night in mid and high season (September- May). The maximum occupancy is 12 people.

Does the villa have its own private swimming pool?

Yes the villa has its own amazing private infinity pool with a 180 degree view of the sea. Please see the photo gallery.

How far is the villa from the airport?

The villa is 45 minutes to an hour away by car.

How far is Panjim, Calangute, Baga, Anjuna and Mandrem beach?

Panjim: 15 minutes’ drive
Calangute: 15 minutes’ drive
Baga: 20 minutes’ drive
Anjuna: 30 minutes’ drive
Mandrem: 1 hour drive

How far is the villa from the airport?

The villa is 45 minutes to an hour away by car.

How far is the beach?

The beach is only a casual 10 minute walk.

How far is the casino?

The casino Jetty for Casino Royale is a short 5 minute drive.

Can we play loud music?

Loud music is not tolerated since other homes are in close vicinity and we appreciate that they would not like to be disturbed. As the same if someone played loud music near your home. What we advise is do play music so that you can enjoy yourself but as not to disturb others.

Is housekeeping available in the villa and what are the times?

Yes housekeeping is available and they live in their own quarters on the premises. The house will be cleaned between 10am to 4pm.

Can you arrange grocery shopping for the villa in advance?

Yes, this can be arranged in advance. Please note there is an extra service charge of 20% of the final actual total bill. The original receipts will be provided on request of payment.

Is there a chef available throughout the day?

A chef can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs 3500 per day. Please note grocery cost will be charged as above. Please let us know if you require a chef, 15 days in advance.

Do restaurants deliver to the villa?

Yes, a variety of restaurants do deliver. Numbers will be provided in the house manual.

16.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

No there isn't a lifeguard on duty. Please take safety precautions when using the pool especially when children are swimming.
